Contribute to the Strategic Planning Division in planning, developing, organizing, and delivering products and serve as point-of-contact in support of the FAA strategic goals, objectives, and business planning. Duties include:• Co-lead the agency’s business planning formulation process to ensure that FAA objectives are formulated and core-coordinated in a timely manner and are directly aligned to strategic goals and performance objectives outlined in the Department of Transportation (DOT) Strategic Plan.• Co-lead the annual implementation of highly complex and challenging reporting requirements to ensure alignment with the Office of Management and Budget, DOT and FAA Strategic Plans, Budget and Key Performance Indicators. • Review and update submissions from an array of partners across the agency to form the FAA’s contributions to DOT’s Annual Performance Plan, (APP) Agency Priority Goals, (APG) Performance Management Review (S2-PMR) and Enterprise Risk Management portfolio (ERM).

Loan Analyst responsibilities included review of loan information for details, accuracy and regulatory compliance and management of client relationship from initial client contact through successful mortgage loan closure.

• Drafted an 18-page research paper detailing the historical background, current political climate, and global relevance of the border dispute involving the Aksai Chin Region of China.• Participated in weekly conference calls in order to receive instructions and provide context and updates on ongoing research.

• Actively monitored, translated and analyzed Mandarin language media sources in Canada and provided weekly oral and written summaries of findings to Foreign Service Officer.• Drafted a diplomatic cable summarizing the current Mandarin language media landscape in Canada.

• Trained, certified and on stand-by to serve as a Ground Team Member on ground search and rescue missions in the state of Virginia.• Trained in land navigation, wilderness survival, emergency transportation and First-Aid/CPR, team leadership and radio communication.

• Actively supervised, monitored and instructed up to 40 children over the course of 10 hour camp days.• Actively engaged with supervisors to help create and implement the camp schedule, policies and procedures successfully.-Provided weekly written and verbal feedback to parents concerning the progress and well-being of their children.
