I was acting Agile Project Manager consultant to Anestix Solutions, Inc., I work closely with executive management and stakeholders in guiding the planning, tracking, and day-to-day activities surrounding the design, development, and deployment of a Cloud-based SAAS HIPPA and HITECH compliant Anesthesia Information Management System (AIMS) for use in the operating room. Highlights:• Successfully launched the Anestix Anesthesia Information Management System on-time and under budget.• Launched the first fully integrated and automated delivery of data to the AQI National Anesthesia Clinical Outcomes Registry.• Organized and facilitated sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, release planning, demos, and other Agile Scrum related meetings.• Led team in making realistic commitments through proper story selection, sizing and task definition and proactively developed and maintained team standards, tools and best practices.• Met a personal goal of launching a HIPPA and HITECH compliant product in the Healthcare Marketspace.

For 14 years I simultaneously and effectively served as acting Chief Technical Officer and Product Manager for Educational Options, Inc. based out of Fairfax, Virginia. We successfully designed, developed, marketed, and sold innovative first-in-class Ed-Tech SAAS Web-based educational products that supported students and teachers inside and outside the traditional classroom.
