As an expert consultant with an abundance of experience in a wide range of skills, my primary goal with my current full-time position on the Landis Technologies team is to efficiently and effectively coordinate and provide solutions for our software clients in anything from roll-out and migration planning of the product in question, to training systems admins and end users on the day-to-day management and use of our products.I built my first PC at 8 years old and that started a passion for applied technology. What began as an interest in personal computer hardware & software, evolved to interest in home & small business networking, and eventually grew to include computer programming & software-driven problem solving. In more recent years, I’ve been able to combine my passion for people and my experience with technology to bridge the gap between engineer & end user. I strive to find creative personal ways to assist each client with their unique needs and concerns when it comes to the use of our software products. My in-depth knowledge of technology systems in general allows me, as a consultant, to craft an experience for the customers of our products that allows them to enjoy the maximum possible benefit our products provide and fully utilize their wide variety of features.While technology remains a strong interest of mine, PEOPLE have become my main passion. I strive to find human connection with every client I interact with, because adding humanity to support within the technology and software sector can go a long way in building & maintaining good client & partner relationships, while also ensuring confidence in not just our products, but the company itself. In an age where technology is evolving more rapidly than ever before, being able to communicate through transition or newness for both admin and end user is vital to both the company's customer success and for the morale of every single user of our platform.
