• I am currently employed as Long Haul Cabin Crew for Norwegians flagship airline. As part of my job I have to travel internationally with a focus on America. Working on an aircraft is a fast pace and demanding.
• Attend pre-flight briefings to establish flight information and any special requirements
• Pre flight duties, which includes safety checks
• Meet and greet passengers
• Keep all passengers and crew up to date with any information from the captain

My role was short haul cabin crew member, my key reasonability was to ensure the safety of all crew and passengers, my position as crew member was also to provide excellent customer service ensuring the comfort of passengers meeting their needs during the flight. Due to the airline being a low cost carrier I interacted with people from all walks of life.

My main duties included checking in passengers for their flights, ensuring that they had the correct documentation required to fly, I worked at both the bag drop in the main terminal and at the boarding gates. Security was a key focus in my role and I had to be vigilant at all times whilst.
