I work daily with middle and upper management of all applicable accounts in order to ensure that all expectations are being not only met but exceeded in a technical capacity.I direct a team of individuals responsible for initial troubleshooting and diagnosis of any problem description across a wide variety of electronic devices. This includes schedule maintenance and confirming that my team is appropriately staffed for expected incoming call volumes from field technicians experiencing problems when onsite attempting repairs, as well as maintaining over 90% answered percentage for incoming calls from the aforementioned technicians. I work internally with upper management to assist in developing key technical support procedural components for upcoming projects and accounts, while learning and understanding the work delivery obligations set forth by the client. This enables me to continue to fine tune the service requirements and technical support responsibilities for any particular account that we are involved in, whilst being able to use various programs such as Microsoft Access and Excel to pull reporting statistics and weigh overall team utilization.
