Supervise a full staff responsible for in-processing, out-processing, OWCP, labor relations, benefits, position description classification, staffing, promotions, retirements, and distribution of employees across the state of Colorado. Chief advisor to the Commander, Colorado National Guard and the senior commanders under his supervision on all matters pertaining to full time National Guard members. Subject matter expert on personnel actions, both traditional and full time service members.

Buckley Air Force Base

Commander of the Medical Command for the Colorado Army National Guard. Responsible for evaluating the medical readiness of over 4000 Soldiers. Make recommendations to the Commander, COARNG on increasing medical readiness. Ensure the Soldiers in the unit are ready to provide expert medical assistance to the state and nation when needed.

Supervise a staff of professional Soldiers responsible for processing all administrative actions for over 4000 Soldiers in the Colorado Army National Guard and ensuring their personnel readiness for deployment. Actions include processing accession, separations, promotions, educational benefits, medical boards, casualty assistance, funeral honors, and records administration.

Commander of a Medical Company responsible for Level I and II care of Soldiers and other injured people. Planned and executed training for doctors, physician assistants, dentists, and medics to support our state and federal readiness mission.
