High Performance Computing (HPC) Software and Solutions Architect (2017-2020) • Facilitated over $100M in sales for the Intel Data Center Group through delivery of advanced end-customer HPC solutions spanning the Intel scalable framework portfolio of products. Intel Information Technology Senior Program Director (2015 – 2017) • Directed maintenance activities, expansion and operational support of over 60 Intel global datacenter facilities. • Directed the multi-million dollar joint Microsoft/Intel program to transition 140,000 Intel employees to Microsoft Office 365 and the cloud office computing environment.   Manufacturing IT Director (2004-2015) • Directed a global workforce that provided 24x7 IT operational support, software engineering support and technology upgrades for Intel factories spanning China, Israel and Oregon. • Developed close partnerships with Intel test teams, vendors and development organizations on deployment and deployment of Intel manufacturing technologies worldwide. Delivered factory automation system solutions across five process technology generations at Intel. • Closely aligned organization to goals and mission of IT and Intel factories. Established high performing global teams that consistently provided world-class factory operations support and technology deployment in high-volume semiconductor manufacturing operations. • Directed construction, qualification and ramp activities for the first Automated Material Handling Systems (AMHS) 200-300mm conversion and installation at Intel and responsible for the Colorado Fab 23 semiconductor flash factory startup. Manufacturing IT Engineering Team Lead (2000-2004) • Software engineering team lead that directed critical sustaining support of software applications, databases and operating systems for Fab 23 Automation. • Established a comprehensive cross-training program after for Fab 23 startup and transition to 24x7 support.

Software Development Engineering Lead, Peterson AFB, CO (1996-2000) • Director of 16-person software development team maintaining over four-million lines of source code distributed across five space weather forecasting systems. Held Department of Defense Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance. • Restructured and revitalized legacy software development branch by implementing modern project estimation methods and Agile development processes. Increased annual software release cycles from 3 to 12 and simultaneously reduced error rates. • Awarded the USAF Meritorious Service Medal for outstanding contributions upon completion of active military service. Lead Systems Analyst, NORAD (1992-1996) • Developed system analyst training programs, guidelines and operating procedures for the United States Missile Warning and Air Defense systems. • Enabled seamless transition from contract vendor support to active duty USAF system analysts saving more than $1.2 million dollars in annual contract support costs. • Reengineered the software load and test procedures for the NORAD Air Defense computing systems reducing system downtime by over 60%.
