I am an confident and reliable person who takes pride from working in a team and thrives in working under pressure and problem solving. As a Quality Lead I am experienced in engaging with teams to implement new processes and the continual improvement of current systems. My current role consists of I work closely with our Principals, Vice Principals, Heads of Learning and Deputy Heads of Learning to understand their data and where the improvements are required. I manage the college student database and have developed new ways of working and reporting on student progress through our Etrackr system. From this system I am able to export the raw data and analyse and diagnose where improvements are required. I am the Quality Nominee and point of contact to all awarding bodies to arrange our external Quality assurance visits, this requires liaising with a number of departments and collating the required information to present to the awarding body. During these visits I am expected to present and discuss the college policies and procedures with our awarding bodies to ensure our quality processes fulfil the awarding bodies requirements of assessment. I act as a “Quality Coach” promoting the correct and most efficient processes whilst understanding other priorities and deadlines to ensure the result is met in a timely fashion and ensuring the best results for the student.I have created a Quality Dashboard that is updated from a number of sources of information to present all of the data in one place to allow for more efficient tracking and monitoring of our students progress through the year.I manage our termly Group leadership quality meetings in which actions, students at risk and KPI’s are discussed, this requires the data to be presented in a timely fashion and ensure accuracy for this discussion to take place and actions to be agreed. I take minutes for these meetings for actions to be implemented efficiently.I have an advanced level of IT skills working with Microsoft and Google systems and am a quick learner working with new systems. I have formed a number of great relationships across my current role enabling me to be a supportive function in quality.
