Versatile and accomplished senior executive with proven experience creating and implementing successful business plans, marketing campaigns, and best practices. What started as a part-time job as a board operator for CBS Radio Philadelphia has evolved into a senior executive position at a financial services firm that has protected over $1 billion in clients' assets during my tenure. It's not exactly how I drew it up after graduating from La Salle University with a B.A. in Communication and a minor in Marketing, however, the journey has been nothing but interesting, exciting, and rewarding.My strengths include leadership, organization, and problem solving. My skillset ranges from broadcast quality audio/video production, to writing creative advertising copy, corporate accounting, market research, data mining, business analysis and reporting, media buying, computer systems administration, web design, human resources, legal administration, and much more. As Chief Operating Officer, I am responsible for implementing the business plan and strategic vision of the company's owners. As a resourceful problem solver, I work to create new procedures and practices company-wide and improve existing ones to deliver bottom line results. Since accepting this responsibility in 2015, the amount of clients' assets protected annually has increased more than 66%. In 2020, in advance of the government mandated COVID business closures, I single-handedly researched, developed, and implemented a transition strategy to allow our staff of 25+ employees and independent contractors to work remotely. The success of that initiative resulted in the company's best performing year in a decade.There's much more to this story and it continues to write itself each day.
