As a Construction Project Manager, I supervise the total onsite construction efforts to ensure that each project is constructed in accordance with design, code, quality, budget, and schedule requirements. At the beginning of a project, I review the preliminary project budget, identify missing or inaccurate scope items, set up the budget, and ensure project costs are accurately accounted for.My great organizational skills allow me to manage or supervise multiple projects at one time. As the primary contact for client representatives, field personnel, material suppliers, inspectors, and subcontractors, I am the driving force behind producing desired project results. I am determined to make sure that building projects stay organized, under budget, and on schedule.
