Providing soil sampling and tying in hybrid responses to nutrients. Fertility and chemical recommendations. Implementing new traits to increase producer profitability. Licensed crop insurance agent to increase portfolio of cooperative's income potential.

Contracted acreage in the area. Maintained working relationship with producers, extension personnel, local coop personnel, farm credit, chemical and seed representatives. Scouted for insects, deficiencies, diseases, and various plant production components in stages of corn, soybean, alfalfa, wheat, and sorghum throughout the growing season. Made weekly evaluations/recommendations on every aspect of crop performance and relayed that information to the producer/farmer. Including spray application products and timing for pesticides. Calibrated planters and sprayers to ensure proper working order. Attended certified training sessions provided by Servi-tech Inc., UNL, KSU, etc. Provided irrigation scheduling for maximum plant use and minimum input costs.
