In my career I have nearly twenty years of leadership with a strong knowledge of Contract negotiations, continuous improvement and lean methodologies. Lead organizations in cost savings in the areas of equipment, labor and transportation. Coordinated operational projects with in the supply chain lead multiple successful kiazen events improving processes for planning & scheduling, shipping, receiving, Production lines, material movements and cycle counts. Managed 3PL’s strategically across multiple states. Developed and trained employees in C-TPAT, ISO 9000/14, OHSA/DOT regulations. Studied and implemented DuPont techniques which were successful in reducing lost time and recordable accidents.
