● Install Layer 1 network devices such as routers and maintain switches as requested by network team, including diagnosing fiber, optic, line card, and PSU replacements, to ensure customer devices stay online ● Establish inaugural 25G infrastructure and design rack layout by installing switches, optics, fibers, and DAC SFP cables, developing training manual for global deployment including step-by-step process of on-site project replication ● Author training for 2+ annual junior data center technicians to address skill gaps, covering use of hardware, applications, infrastructure, ticketing system, and customer service ● Produce data center-related workflow by maintaining 2K+ servers, troubleshooting hardware, and assisting 20+ customers through ticketing system weekly ● Deploy up to 100 servers through effective troubleshooting and identifying proper escalation path, attaining 80% rate for monthly average service level agreement (SLA) goal of under 4 hours
