CurrentSPO Business Design Department 【Department proposition:】End to end considering the Telco OS application scenario and business model, developing the Telco OS business model, trading model, profit model etc.; 【Relationship of Department and flow path:】Execute MTLRecruiting business solution experts in public cloud, NFV,SDN, internet service operation,data center, BOSS, OSS areas. Consulting background is a plus.Main responsibilities:(1) In-depth understanding and analyzing the business requirement of customer’s future business transformation, doing business and service high level design for the Telco OS solution, driving the Telco OS solution planning and innovation. Using the advantage of HUAWEI CT and IT integration, to build the Telco OS business solution and ecosystem, matching the customer’s business requirements, to ensure the competitiveness of HUAWEI Telco OS in industry;(2) Analysis customer transaction model requirement and competitor’s profit model, propose the Telco OS transaction model requirement；(3) Lead in the analysis of profit model for sellable value features, and propose the transaction model requirement;(4) Basing the customer transaction requirement understanding and competitiveness consideration, responsible for the contents of the business model analysis and pricing strategy in the marketing strategy report.
