• Provide high quality business insights through reporting services, analytics and insights and continuously seek ways to improve the quality of information and advice provided.• Creating, maintaining and distributing performance and operational reporting, dashboards and management packs to effectively communicate insights to a broad range of stakeholders.• Understand, prioritise and deliver on various adhoc requests and enquiries from across the business.• Proactively seek opportunities to improve operational reporting through presentation of proposals, involvement in relevant projects and end to end ownership of business reports.• Be directed or proactively seek opportunities to deep dive into specific data segments to understand key drivers of lapsed customers and impact on outflows, lapse rates and other key measures.• Identify and present trends analysis, forecasting of sales, UW metrics, adviser/customers behaviours. • Working closely with our key stakeholders to gather data requirements, scope benefits for initiatives and track outcomes.

• Evaluate and validating dataset on revenue and variables using PowerBI Analytic tool.• Data wrangling using Python Programming.• Automate data transformation and reporting mainly using Excel Formula and VBA script.• Extract daily and monthly data from different servers using UltraVNC, SKIDATA, Designa, Duncan and other IT systems.• Reconcile daily revenue with MAU reports and banking reconciliation to ensure accuracy.• Transform data for automatic and manual uploading template for Microsoft AX Finance System.• Assist with Budget and Forecasting report for relevant stakeholders.• Maintain car park (NSW) rates, categories and various look up table.• Work closely with Accountants for Profit and Loss report, Sundry and other various revenue reconciliation and reporting related. • Locating and defining new process improvement opportunities to enhance effectivity.
