The majority of my practice is devoted to helping victims/plaintiffs in motor vehicle accidents and other personal injury claims. I do not represent insurance companies and focus on helping plaintiffs get what they are entitled to as a result of motor vehicle accidents. I also represent parties involved in estate litigation, wrongful dismissal and debt collection. I have been a partner at Mair Jensen Blair LLP for over 21 years. On a personal level I am curently coaching 3 minor hockey teams and really enjoy volunteering my time to help young hockey players become better hockey players. My family and I have made Kamloops our home for the last 24 years and really enjoy living and raising our kids here.
