My role with Alkane commenced in 1995 as the Environment Supervisor at the Peak Hill Gold Mine. I establishment the Environmental Management System and Management Plans and was intimately involved with the environmental and social performance of the site including final landform establishment. I was involved in land access negotiations and ultimate acquisitions for the McPhillamys, Tomingley Gold Operations and Boda. I have worked with environmental consultants on Environmental Impact Statements for several State Significant Projects and have a key role in designing projects to minimise environmental impacts.

ASM was demerged from Alkane in July 2020. I worked closely with Executive and OFS Team to deliver the Dubbo Project MOD1.I was directly involved in establishing the Demonstration Pilot Plant at ANSTO Minerals from 2005, compilation of the EIS and subsequent approvals, management plans, and the negotiation and acquisition of a dozen properties at Toongi to facilitate project development. My links to local community, history with the project and experience working with regulators made me a valuable asset to the team.
