While I was the General Manager of Socca, I was responsible for the overall direction of the restaurant through management of the P&L statement, food and beverage inventory, HR and payroll, and daily operations.I developed a seasonally focused cocktail and wine menu based on current industry trends.In collaboration with the Executive Chef, we designed monthly specialized events with unique menu options to drive additional revenue. In addition, we held monthly cooking and cocktail classes that provided our guests a glimpse inside the menu at Socca.

As Cellar Director, I was responsible for the menu development of the liquor, beer, wine, and cocktail menus. Additionally, I was responsible for inventory management, ordering, and on-going relationships with beverage vendors.I developed a seasonal cocktail menu based on industry trends.
