Resident field engineer in Kuwait responsible for deployment of training, providing sales, and equipment support. • Championed an in-depth 2-month HF frequency and email field trials for the Ministry of Communications, on a 45 meter missile ship, which participated in a Gulf Cooperation Council anti-submarine exercise, which highlighted a workgroup server/LAN client scenario without having MS Exchange Server availability. Generated a request to expedite procurement for over $250,000 in sales.Field Engineer, Saudi Arabia, National Guard (2003-2004)• Responsible for providing sales support to sales and program management staff. • Initiated maintenance checklist to increase the level of reliability on the communications shelter, decrease down-time, and accelerate acquisition of repair parts.

Expatriate Field Engineer supporting Kuwaiti and coalition forces radio communications, installations, customer operations and maintenance training to include but not limited to sales support.

Hurlburt Field Florida, AFSOC• Responsible for developing procedures for mission critical maintenance on AN/AIC-38 intercommunications system for MH-60G Pave Hawk helicopters. None existed previously in AFSOC inventory. • Non-Commissioned Officer in charge of DIFM (Due in For Maintenance) tracking. Created a Unisys database for tracking and part acquisitions, in excess of $4M of equipment in a fiscal year.• C shift supervision. Duties included: aircraft launches, pre-flight checks, loading cryptographic keys, Isochronal inspections on 7 airframes, training recruits, consistently achieving a level 3 maintenance capability. • Flight line and air crew qualified, dual AFSC• Deployed worldwide to support Operation Restore Hope, Operation Uphold Democracy, Operation Southern Watch, and Operation Deny Flight.
