I am now working as an Advisor to LIFELENZ, a platform startup focused on the future workforce, changing the way people work, and the way companies interact with the Future Workforce. In addition, I am advising A&Mplify, an AI driven Digital Team in Alvarez and Marsal, GnG Partners, as well as Spectio, a software startup. I am excited about the opportunity to bring my 30+ years of experience to bear to take advantage of the opportunity to change the way people work and live.I had worked in the analytical consulting starting in 1983 as an analyst performing different analytical evaluations of State and Federal Departments and programs. I left the world of consulting for Public Service organizations and into the commercial world in 1999, when I went to Andersen Consulting/Accenture. At Accenture, I worked in the Marketing Analytics space, eventually becoming the global lead in 2008. In 4 years, Accenture’s Marketing Analytics group grew to be the world’s largest provider of Marketing Analytics services having grown the group's revenues by over 600% to $200M.In 2011, I became the Advanced Analytics Lead for Accenture Analytics. I had responsibilities for our Advanced Analytics/Data Science teams across functions and industries. The functional analytics include Marketing; Customer; Operations; Human Capital; Fraud, Risk, and Compliance. The Industry Analytics Teams were Financial Services, Products, Health and Public Service, Resources, Communications Media, and Technology. I also oversaw our Innovation Centers in Singapore, Dublin, Madrid, Athens, Milan, and Barcelona focused on different functional areas. In addition, while at Accenture I was involved in the acquisition of nine companies in various roles in the analytics area.While there, I grew the team from 300, in 2012, to over 1500 when I changed roles in 2017. I built an advanced analytics group that focused on creating client value through advanced analytics and changing the way businesses use analytics. When clients thought about where to go to for analytics, I wanted them to think of Accenture.
