The ongoing cost reductions were also reflected in our conversion costs, which decreased an average of 5.6% per year, each year from 2002 to 2005. Analyzed/compiled freight and shipping information for Tyco’s Wal*Mart business. This information enabled management to consolidate our shipping and save Tyco over $740 K annually in freight costs.
