Currently have 5 years of work experience in the telecommunications industry. The main focus of my work has been completing construction of new site builds, site upgrades, troubleshooting site errors and alarms, maintaining overall efficiency of cellular site outputs, and tower inspections. I have been the lead technician for 3.5 years instructing other employees of the site build standards and safety protocols, as well as, making sure site builds are completed in a timely matter according to deadlines. I have strong organizational skills and attention to detail which are a benefit to my position.
