As Manager in JYSK IT department, I have the overall responsibility for BI/Analytics team, Integrations team and SAP development team. This responsibility is lifted in close collaboration with co-managers, our highly skilled developers, consultants and architects across the whole IT department and of course the business stakeholders - without them no need of IT. I cover strategic, business, technical, architectural as well as managerial aspects of supporting JYSK business with IT solutions built with our SAP technology backbone. I have a broad combined business and IT experience from 20+ years of working with ERP, BI and Analytics solutions in different industries, using SAP and Oracle software.Qualifications and special focuses:Management and architecture.Solid experience with team management, enterprise architecture, solution architecture, development and application management within the area of SAP, Information Management and Business Intelligence.I have solid experience from 20 years of working with BI in design and execution of BI strategies striving to support business needs with BI solutions.Process and optimization.Constantly striving to do things more efficiently and always striving to have optimal quality and operation built-in in any solution designDevelopment.Experienced in developing and running SAP BW/BO solutions for operational as well as management reporting with data from SAP ECC as well as non-SAP data sources.Experienced in developing and running SAP BW/BO solutions on top of SAP Retail and SAP Public Sector Industry Solutions.Experienced in designing and implementing SAP BW on HANA solutions as well as native SAP HANA solutions, including development guideline, authorization concept and governance procedures.
