• Updates training information to SAP when applicable
• Liaises with supervisors regarding staff progress and identifies alternative training ideas
• Conducts orientation training for new employees
• Assists with coordinating and facilitating recruit training

- Utilizes RMS and CAD to locate requested information- Determines what information can or cannot be released as per Freedom of Information legislation and unit policies and procedures- Ensures the accuracy of all information released- Liaises verbally and in writing with a variety of internal and external contacts such as government agencies, WorkSafe BC.

- Manages customer line-ups by determining the type of service required- Receives, logs and distributes courier and other property/items dropped off to counter- Receives and processes property and determines whether a police officer must attend to secure as evidence or enter property information in Versadex- Tags property for identification and tracking.

• Works with children; outings focus on developing social and friendship skills, recreation and leisure skills, independence and safety in the community.

• Provides supervision, support, and instruction to individuals served in life skills domain and in a variety of safe and appropriate locations and activities
• Reports to Program Coordinator of the Life Skills and Autism Intervention Program
• Works under direction of Program Coordinator and follows plans outlined by the parents/caregiver/guardian and program documents

Multiple Locations

• Works with children with ASD, following the plans and steps outlined in the program documents.
• Keep the clients engaged and enthusiastic to learn
• Record data for each program, while also keeping observations of behaviors throughout the session

- Responsible for maintenance of documents related to VPD operational files- Collecting and Reviewing of VPD files in accordance to the department's procedures and policies

Vancouver, Canada Area

• Help deliver building supplies (wood, piping) to various schools
• Deliver and return school supplies (desks, computers) from schools to workshop
• Transport stock orders to appropriate units
• Responsible for aiding set up of final exams in high schools
• Aid in teacher moves and full relocation to new schools

Vancouver International Airport

• Pick, receive, store and deliver food products/merchandise according to HMSHost standards
• Predominately fill F&B stock replenishment orders
• Transport stock orders to appropriate units
• Move inventory possibly weighing up to 50 lbs
• Perform housekeeping and general maintenance
• Perform other duties as required.
