Some of my duties and responsibilities include: Ensuring that our sites are maintained to the highest standard by • Working safely with due regard to all current, Health And Safety, C.O.S.H.H, and waste disposal ,Regulations • Ensuring the safe operation of all sites,tools and equipment. • Undertaking replacement of electrical installations on our sites,carrying out fault finding on motor control panels and data installations,including inspection,testing,and upon completion issue valid test certificates. • Working independently and at times as part of a team carrying out planned, responsive and cyclical maintenance,while maintaining maintenance records,and informing the Manager of any follow up action that may be required.
