Michael has an educational background as Master in Science in Food Science & Technology, University of Copenhagen (2002), and holds an Bachelor in International Business and Administration, Copenhagen Business School (2005). Michael is working as Vice President in Aptio Group Denmark, responsible of the pharma engineering business segment incl. sales, project launch and development, recruitment and business development of the related engineering services. Michael has ~20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and GMP industry. In 2002, Michael worked as process engineer and later as Process Analytical Technology specialist at H. Lundbeck A/S. Expatriation and project management of international cross-divisional projects abroad was part of his job position. In the period 2008-2010, Michael worked as product manager in sales and marketing in FOSS Analytical A/S, the world leaders of analytical instrumentation, and responsible for inline/online analytical process solutions in the food industry. Michael was among others part of a new product development projects, product launches, internal sales training, customer co-visits and global marketing campaigns. In end of 2010, Michael was hired as Senior Consultant in NNE. His competences are broad and represents a wide variety of services within GMP/Compliance, pharma engineering and project management. In 2019, michael was hired in Aptio Group Denmark (former Sigma). His primary role is to build and develop the pharma engineering services. Michael is a experienced in all areas of pharma industry especially engineering and operations in a highly complex, regulated GMP invironment. Others field of expertises includes technical sales, business development and people management.
