Reporting directly to the RAC Project Manager and the FDIC Post Closing Asset Manager (PCAM) I managed a team of Senior Asset Servicing Professionals on the FDIC Receivership for Peotone Bank & Trust Company. Responsibilities include the oversight, management and dispositioning of all the assigned loan portfolio asets and operations, including, but not limited to; the initial evaluation of each loan file, workouts, restructuring, compromises, case writings, foreclosure and administration.

Responsible for the asset dispositioning for the third largest asset portfolio in the CB&T Receivership. Responsibilities for the assigned loan portfolio operation, including, but not limited to; the initial evaluation of each loan file, workouts, restructuring, compromises, case writings, foreclosure and administration. Accountable for consulting with borrowers to negotiate successful resolution strategies and for recommending action based on procedural directives and FDIC policies.

Directed a four month residential loan portfolio assessment and forensic audit for a Commercial Bank in Cranston, Rhode Island. Our audit consisted of approximately 300 loans and the total portfolio was analyzed for quality in terms of Credit Underwriting, Collateral, Legal Compliance and all required File Documentation. Each loan was examined and reviewed for Loan Quality Assurances, High Cost Analysis, Reps and Warrants, Broker/Borrower Irregularities as well as, best Principles and Practices and Regulatory Standards.

Directed the development of all corporate marketing, advertising and training programs. Participated in four national tradeshows and fourteen training seminars within the first seven months of operation. Created a structured transactional process for new business development

Establish the Small Commercial conduit securitization division of WMF Group in Atlanta, GA ; one of the largest publicly traded commercial lenders in the United States at the time. One of a team of four individuals who directed the formation of the Atlanta based Capital Markets operation for Small Commercial loan product.

Appointed by the Chairman/ CEO of the holding company to undertake the development of a Small Commercial Real Estate Capital Markets lending program. The company was recognized nationally as one of the first small commercial securitization conduit programs to offer Small Commercial Real Estate financing less than $2,500,000.00 for a single transaction.
