I provided support during the build-out and through completion. With a primary focus on managing the company's reputation and accountability, in addition to the daily upkeep of basic facility responsibilities, my tasks included performing external client auditing; Consistently surpassing contractual obligations, I later provided firsthand support and mentoring to locations and team members nationwide, fostering improved client relationships and increased audit results. Simultaneously, I managed the administrative day-to-day responsibilities of asset and office supply management, physical security, building access systems, project and event coordination, health and safety committee management, vendor relations, and landlord lease management. This comprehensive role required a strategic approach to balance more than just facility management, encompassing external client relations, nationwide team support, and day-to-day office operations, contributing significantly to the overall success and reputation of the company's new location contract agreement.
