I retired in 2017 as Chairman of the Board and Chief Financial Officer of PKS Holdings LLC, whose wholly-owned subsidiaries include PKS Investments, PKS Advisory Services, PKS Financial Services and other financial services subsidiaries. My executive reponsibilities included strategic business initiatives, risk management, and capital allocation. Upon my retirement, PKS was acquired by Wentworth Management Services, LLC in a transaction for which Monroe Capital LLC acted as sole lead arranger and administrative agent on the funding of a senior credit facility to support the acquisition.

Staff Ciampino & Company, PC is a CPA firm serving the northeast region of New York State. I retired as the managing director after 30 years in public practice. My career began in the Rochester, NY office of Arthur Andersen & Co.
