Michael instilled a culture of accountability and dedication to the programs he oversaw while at Renewal Church. He demonstrated exceptional leadership recruiting mission teams, enacting church programs, implementing children's programming and assuring the facility was well-maintained. He managed facility projects and a dynamic team of twenty volunteers effectively while coordinating various activities.

As a counselor, Michael oversaw campers from the ages of 8 – 18. He was dedicated to ensuring each camper had the opportunity to hear about faith and to see it lived out. He actively engaged, challenged, and encouraged campers to pursue their faith. He enabled his campers to live out their faith courageously, share their stories boldly, and live joyfully.
