RELATIONSHIP OFFICER Responsible for dealing with individual customers and advise them on various banking and financial products and services offered by the bank.Duties:• Contacting potential customers that have shown interest in the company’s products and services • Meeting clients to obtain information for loan application and answers queries about the process • Analyze client’s financial status, credit and property evaluations to determine feasibility for loan • Keeping in touch with customer via a range of mediums such as phone calls, email and SMS • Converting prospect into active clients • Quickly following up on all potential leads

Responsible for evaluating calls and assuring company standards are maintained and product integrity is preserved. Consults with management to resolve quality, production, and efficiency problems. • Listen and evaluate calls of agents and rate/grade them accordingly based on the quality matrix set by the client • Conducts external/internal calibration with my co QA's together with our client • Conducts coaching sessions with the agents • Facilitate product training and conducts Quality Update roll out • Converting prospect into active clients • Prepares the analyzed reports into PowerPoint Presentation for clients
