Totally in charge of marketing for 42 schools in Hubei in three different cities (Wuhan, Yichang, and Enshi). In charge for recruitment of new students and making the brand well recognised.

Totally in charge of 40 schools in 11 different regions (including Dalian, Wuhan,Taiyuan, Shijiazhuang, Chengdu, Xi’an, Nanjing, Suzhou,Changzhou, Harbin, Hefei) of their internet programs,propagation and operations.

• Real Estate Management: Responsible for the overall management and operations in managing a portfolio of properties.
• Responsible for all aspects of property management and facilities management functions.
• Provide leadership, assistance and growth to the property sales team. Giving proper guidance to staff and colleagues on daily operations and defects management.
• Coordinate and run AGM/Council Meetings and liaise with clients from time to time to update them the property/asset status.
• Set maintenance standards for operational aspects of the properties, ensuring proper upkeep of engineering and building systems, and inculcating a strong working relationship amongst staff, business partners and tenants.
• Responsible for planning, recommending budget and controlling operating expenses and improvement works for the department.

• Support business development and franchise activities and lead key marketing initiatives internationally.
• Report directly to the Executive director of and lead the team while interacting regularly with the Product Development and the Commercial teams.
• Design and execute consumer research efforts for new customer targets.

• Responsible for the overall management and operations of a cooked food market – Kopitam - a specific food makret in Singapore with multiple food outlet in an area of 1000 Sq Mt.
• Supervision of 10 outlets profit condition, and ensure new-opened outlet to make ends meet in three-month periods.
• To supervise daily operation and ensure its smooth running condition.
• To supervise effective distribution for individual staff member in each outlet and to optimize efficiency and lower costs.
• Supervision of establishment and implementation of quarterly sales plans.
• Responsible for monitoring consumers’ purchasing value to optimize it.
