UHS’ Patriot Support Programs address behavioral health needs of all branches of the armed services, the Veterans' Health Administration (VHA) and first responders. In this role I act as a liaison and patient advocate with military and veteran case managers, military treatment facilities and Patriot Support Program Hospitals. My sincere passion is advocating for the best care possible for active-duty service members, veterans and their families. I view my responsibilities as an extension of my command experience in the military and I work tirelessly to provide the best resources possible in the interest of supporting the service member.

In this dual role position, I led and managed a complex team tasked with identifying and investigating threats to Judicial Officers, staff, and facilities of the Judicial Branch of Arizona in Maricopa County. I was responsible for investigative reviews aimed at determining seriousness of potentially criminal behavior and liaising with court and law enforcement partners to find resolution. I also led the development, planning, coordination, and implementation of the Emergency Management program for 34 Judicial Branch court facilities. Coordinated disaster response protocols, develop and provide disaster preparedness training, and prepared emergency plans and procedures for all classifications of threats and hazards to facilities and staff.

Operations and Logistics Director, Budget Manager, Policy Developer, and Chief of Staff.-Restructured programs, implemented standards, and provided risk-mitigation expertise for layered business operations. Led team to pass first nationwide assessment of operational performance with superior scores.-Developed and coordinated a complex multitiered program that established and implemented agency operations in a remote area. Met objectives and consecutively restored facility operations on time and on budget.
