I help to set-up, run and administer public and internal examinations for the Exams and Admissions Departments at Harrow School

This graduate role had me helping with the smooth running on the Music Department. Predominantly, that involved logistical matters of setting up for rehearsals and concerts, sorting music and maintaining office stationery supplies.I was responsible for coaching new music scholars who, three times a week, would come down for Early Morning Music Practice, where I would assist and teach them. I also regularly helped perform in concerts and rehearsals, as well as occasionally leading ensemble rehearsals. I also stewarded ABRSM Exams.The second academic year saw my role increase as I took over responsibilities from a colleague who reduced her hours. This saw me take over more administrative tasks, including ordering and hiring music, organising prospective students to have Pre-Auditions with the Director of Music and take charge of preparing weekly lists of musical events happening for the weeks ahead. I also took group class Grade 5 Theory lessons as well.
