EFM and metering experience includes ABB XFC/XRC, ABB Flow-X, ROC 809/107, Thermo Autopilot/Autopilot Pro, Daniels Ultrasonic, Sick Maihak Ultrasonic, Emerson Micromotion.Maintain and monitor 50 plus serial and ethernet point to multipoint and point to point licensed and unlicensed radio networks across multiple counties. Networks utilize Freewave and Xetawave radios with mostly ethernet backbones and a few DIGI CDMAs communicating with Autosol Communication Manager and Honeywell DCS systems. Work very close with SCADA and Automation groups to have seamless integration of wireless and wired networks. Manage IP infrastructure assigned to the measurement department. Setup internal wireless ethernet network for remote access to high volume, high profile EFMs and gas chromatographs. Maintain and validate Seimens Maxum II, AIC 503 and ABB 8206 gas chromatographs for natural gas and NGL applications in cryogenic, fractionation, transmission and compression facilities. Maintain associated sampling systems, vaporizing regulators, heat trace, speed loops and TRACERASE systems. Utilize portable ABB 8206 NGC for spot sampling, verifications and troubleshooting as needed. Maintain multiple O2, H2O and H2S analyzers by AMI, SpectraSensor, Phymetrix and KECO. Show less

Scheduled meter testing. Programming and installation of ABB XFC and ROC 103 and 107s.Installation and repair of Freewave serial networks. Installation and repair of wireless tank level systems and wellhead telemetry.

Installation of ROC 809s with full well pad telemetry including backup generation, wellhead ESD, tank levels, produced water distribution pumps, VFDs and serial Freewave communications.

Buildup, programming and installation of ROC 809s and 107s in field, compression and power plants across Texas and Oklahoma. General measurement services to include wellhead telemetry, wired and wireless tank level installs, maintenance and repair. Freewave serial network installation and maintenance. Tower climbing and installation of antennas.

Perform daily process and tool calibrations. Build and monitor statistical process control charts for process/tool performance. Run engineering experiments, document and create reports. Oversee manufacturing processes, training and certifications. Appropriately handle and correct deviations outside of the normal process parameters.
