I am a senior consultant in the London office of HSNO with more than 25 years of forensic accounting and expert witness experience. I have previously been a partner at several UK top 10 firms, most recently RSM UK.I am a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), a Member of the Expert Witness Institute and a Member of the Academy of Experts. I have acted as expert accountant in both civil and criminal matters (including as Single Joint Expert) with quantum of cases varying from tens of thousands to billions of pounds. I have given oral evidence in the UK High Court, UK and International arbitrations, the US Tax Court and the US Federal Court, and have also attended the European Court in Luxembourg as an expert witness.I also accept appointments as party advisor and as expert determiner, and have significant experience in corporate finance related assignments.I have authored textbooks in forensic accounting and related subjects, including “Accountancy Litigation Support”, and articles for highly regarded publications.
