Quality Service and Installation (QSI) is a service and installation provider of ATM's, Traditional, and Electrical Security Equipment based in Kentucky covering almost all Eastern states. In 1991, we started out as a subcontractor for the Diebold, LeFebure, Mosler, Hamilton Air, and Bavis, then quickly grew into a reliable and trusted source for service and installation. In May of 2001, QSI started acquiring product lines from companies like NCR and continued in the pursuit to find quality equipment that would be affordable to our customers. NCR, Fortis and Verex are premier providers of ATM's, Traditional and Security Equipment. QSI felt it necessary to partner with companies like these, which have the same standards of quality and value as does QSI.

Test and roll out point of sale systems, merchant accounts and payroll/inventory systems. Configure networks for Mako hardware firewalls and plan security around the needs of the business model. Analyze logs to identify theft and missing credit card transactions or entire batches. Submit franchise requests to the development team and working with franchises to make better systems and educate them on the ones they have now. Managed images of predefined systems and kept operating system updates current as well as point of sale and new hardware options.

My main focus was to troubleshoot customer issues relating to Microsoft Operating Systems and Microsoft Office products, Internet Explorer, Dial-up networking/ISP Connections, Network connectivity/security, Personal Web Server, Direct-X, Outlook Express, Windows Messaging, and resolving new hardware conflicts. I also beta tested Windows 98 and Windows 2000.
