I am currently responsible for the execution of company initiatives at Autotrader/KBB though the coaching and developing of direct reports. I manage the NJ, PA and NY Metro area.

During my two years as a manager I managed an outbound shipping area, consisting of 10 employees. I managed employee schedules, shipment departure times, and proper handling of all packages. As a Training Supervisor I trained a new employee every week. Starting the week with basic work skills and working through the week to make the employee self sufficient and properly trained on load quality, safe work habits, and hazardous materials handling. Many of the employees I trained won awards with the company and were promoted to management as well.

I oversaw all youth realated activities for students 7th - 12th grade. I developed and maintained volenter staff of youth and adults and held weekly leadership team meetings. I was in charge of planning a summer missions trip each year. Many of our trips were overseas with 30+ participants. I was also incharge of planning local outreach activities in our community involving local area teens.
