As a meditation coach, entrepreneur, and investor, I am deeply passionate about guiding individuals to unlock their full potential through mindful practices. Over the past decade, I’ve not only built a successful, diversified investment portfolio but also co-founded SAGES, an education center devoted to promoting meditation, mindful living, and personal growth for the well-being of the community. With a First-Class Honors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from RMIT University and a Master’s Degree in Metaphysical Science from the University of Metaphysics, where I was ordained as a Metaphysical Practitioner, I have a unique blend of practical and spiritual knowledge. In 2020, I earned my Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT500) certification, leading me to create the transformative **Essence of Life Workshop and develop QigongYoga, combining ancient practices to help others embark on a powerful journey of self-realization. To date, my workshop has impacted over 150 students in Malaysia and internationally. I’ve had the privilege of sharing my spiritual journey with media publications like theSun Daily, FirstClasse, and Malaysia Tatler, and my mission continues to be guiding others toward deeper consciousness and a more fulfilled life. Outside of my professional life, I cherish time with my wife and three children, finding joy in gym workouts, pickleball and travels.
