The Army ROTC Support Services contract provides a range of skilled personnel to support the U.S. Army Cadet Command’s nationwide ROTC program. The MAT Region Manager is the senior manager within an assigned region overseeing personnel working at locations (primarily colleges and universities) across the United States, including 3 U.S. territories. Responsible for program execution and managing the daily activities of all personnel working regionally in support of the contract.-- Ensures all defined Performance Work Standards are met within assigned region.-- Ensures all region deliverables are completed and accepted by the Team ROTC Program Management Office in accordance with the established Deliverable Schedule.-- Provides operational control of contract personnel assigned to respective Battalions.-- Responsible for vetting candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions for assigned regional positions.

Managed, supervised, and led the Senior Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) program at the University of Central Oklahoma tasked with developing and preparing students to become officers in the United States Army.-- Accountable for the supervision, administration, instruction, evaluation, and mentorship of 100 cadets and 12 Soldiers and Department of the Army Civilians across 5 partnership universities in Oklahoma-- Served as Academic Department Chair for the Department of Military Science representing ROTC and its interests to the university-- Developed training plans and taught curriculum to ROTC cadets resulting in the production of 48 new officers for the United States Army in 3 years, meeting or exceeding assigned production each year

Provided assistance, conducted inspections, investigations and inquiries and conducted training in order to enhance mission readiness and improve the effectiveness, efficiency, discipline and morale of a 38,500-man organization across a 34-state footprint.-- Planned, prepared, coordinated, led, and conducted two Inspector General Special Inspections across the organization to identify systemic issues and determine compliance with organizational policies and procedures in order to curb fraud, waste, and abuse of government resources-- Recognized by the Inspector General of the United States Army for achieving a 100% academic average throughout the demanding Inspector General Course

Planned and directed the supply, maintenance, housing, feeding, and transportation activities for a 2,000-man multi-functional logistics organization.-- Developed, planned, organized, and controlled the unit’s annual training mission of receiving, storing and distributing over one million gallons of aviation fuel to Defense Fuel Supply Points throughout the northeastern United States, resulting in the award of the Army Commendation Medal for superior performance-- Analyzed and identified the root causes of a 3-year old backlog of delinquent equipment transfers, and developed a remediation program which resulted in 100% of the delinquent transfers being completed within 6 months - the only unit out of 14 in the command to do so

Advised, assisted, and provided guidance to the Director of Strategic Plans in the Iraqi Ministry of Defense.-- Instructed and advised an Iraqi 2-star general and his planning staff of 24 officers, increasing their effectiveness in time management, developing priorities, assigning and tracking tasks and deliverables, and issuing strategic guidance to the Iraqi armed forces-- Coordinated with military members from 10 different countries and civilians from 6 U.S. government agencies, often through an interpreter, to communicate and achieve objectives for the transfer of responsibility from coalition forces to the Iraqi government-- Mentored director and staff in the creation of the first ever Iraqi National Military Strategy-- Developed the plan to generate, equip, and train 17 new units to protect Iraq’s critical oil, water, and electric infrastructure
