Dart Chart is a data analyst company specializing in healthcare reimbursement. It being a small company with a small development team and an endless stream of feature requests, I had the opportunity to put my name on a broad scope of Dart Chart's user-facing products, back-end services, and internal tools. One such internal tool I contributed to, removed the bulk of the drudgery from care logging and saved hours of time per day by filtering and presenting patient information only relevant to that patient's contract.I worked on top of a Microsoft stack hosted on Azure, using primarily C# and ASP.NET for our APIs; JavaScript, JQuery, and Kendo for UI work; SQL Server; and Python for integrating data via web crawling when more conventional data integration was not an option.Excluding the technical challenges, change was the biggest and most often wall our team faced and had to overcome. In my time on the development team, we moved locations, moved from Waterfall to Scrum/Agile ideologies, and moving to Azure. With each change our adaptability grew, and our productivity and focus became more and more consistent.
