CurrentMonitor the overall fitness of clients and accordingly deliver professional instructions as well as personalized attention to enhance capabilities/physical strengths of them. Plan and organize several fitness activities, coupled with developing tailored training programs and specific nutrition plans that helped improving trainee’s health and achieving fitness goals. Provide productive assistance and support to members pertaining to warm up and cool down strategy to prevent injuries and gain maximum benefits. Track and measure clients' progression to evaluate the effectiveness of the current training programs and make any necessary changes to assure the quickest route to their success, while developing new goals for their growth. Effectively communicate proper exercise techniques to ensure the safe and efficient use of cardiovascular, flexibility, and strength training equipment.Highlights:• Represented the gym in numerous regional level contests, accomplishing a Level 1 Certification and top third position in all competitions.
