Mobile AppFor this project I have been working as a Project Manager/Software Engineer. • As a Project Manager, I ensure that our project stays on course and is constantly moving forward in its development. I do so through a sprint focused development style. I lead sprint reviews weekly as well as facilitate the creation of future sprints that is beneficial for management and feasible for developers. • As a Software Engineer, I use various tools to create an application for users to consume media in a way that is more intuitive and user friendly than other media consumption apps available today. Technologies used- React Native- Redux- React NavigationPolling AppCreated a polling app that is designed to gather user preference, pertaining to media thumbnails, that will in turn equipped admin with a better understanding of users preference. Doing so gives admin the ability to deliver the best viable product to the consumer. • Admin side of the application allows admin to add or remove thumbnails that will be polled. Also gives admin the ability to review past or current polling results.• User side of the application captures a users ip address and fetches polling questions that the ip address has yet to answer.Technologies Used- React- Sass- React router v4- Redux

• Reviewing requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.• Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.• Estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating testing activities.

• Managing the distribution and receiving of all media for “Castle.”• Answering phone, and directing/transferring calls if need be.• Understanding the ever changing weekly calendar well enough to dictate the tasks that must be preformed daily and with what priority.• Maintaining office supplies, and kitchen supplies. • Overseeing the upkeep, installation, and removal of the avid systems for all Editors/Assistant Editors
