Responsible for managing and developing existing client relationships across our Leaselink and Model customer base. Adopting a consultative approach with leasing companies, dealerships and other third parties to increase the performance of the vehicle leasing community through our connected e-Business platforms.

Key Management role in the business with responsibility and accountability for managing 3rd party suppliers. To include manufacturers, dealerships and other 3rd party suppliers. Own and deliver own income target and exceptional levels of customer service through effective people and performance management of 6 direct reports. Responsible for the procurement and marketing of vehicles, products, and services. Instigating and completing tenders for the business. Ensure proactive continuous improvement to deliver operational excellence. Work cross functionally internally and externally to improve the capability of the business, driving and delivering market leading performance.

People management role with responsibility for delivering first class customer service and complaint management, through effective performance management of 7 direct reports

Responsible for taking inbound sales and general customer services telephone calls from SME's as part of a broader call centre team. Working towards specific targets in both sales and customer service.

Front of House- Responsible for greeting all customers and delivering excellent levels of customer service. Cashing up of tills, sales / show round tours and all inbound telephone calls.Lifeguard - Responsible for safety of all customers using health club swimming pool, water testing, cleaning and delivery of first class customer service.
