I am a Ballad Health Family Nurse Practitioner who is contracted out to run an on-site occupational clinic located on-site at Domtar Kingsport. I practice medicine and provide safety and medical training for both on-site employees and their family members via the use of occupational and family medical services. I am a certified DOT national medical examiner, certified occupational safety specialist, certified occupational hearing conservation specialist, and certified to do CPR certifications, and National Drug screen and alcohol testing. Administrative duties also include managing on-site Respiratory and Hearing Conservation Programs. Provider duties include performing on-site hearing exams, on-site respiratory physicals, work/return to work physicals and personal medical exams that range through the family medicine scope of care.
