Ensure Lifting & Marine operations in Country Business Unit done smoothly from tendering, contracting, planning, operating and reporting.

- Performs statutory licensing and permitting work as it applies to the CRD Facilities Development and to ensure that all licenses and permits are in place to facilitate the production of hydrocarbons in accordance with the timeframe outlined in the CRD Project Master Schedule. The Work involves preparation of license and permit applications, ensuring compliance with applicable policies, administrative codes, and statutes; communicating with external and internal customers; and ensure all licenses and permits are sourced and in place as required in the timeframes outlined in the CRD Project Master Schedule. Work under minimal supervision to achieve the tasks set out in the Preparation of license and permit applications, revisions, and renewals.- Seamless Coordination with Company TLWP’s Engineering/QAQC/Construction/IWL and T&I Team, Class, Certification and Marine Warranty Surveyor Societies, to ensure design, fabrication and all activates meet with project requirements.- Evaluates and tracks applications and responses and raises any deficiencies to teh Facilities Project Manager. Provides administrative and technical assistance to the CRD Facilities Team related to license and permit requirements to the project team; answers questions and explains licensing and permit codes; and supplies information regarding license and permit processing, policies, and procedures. Interprets and communicates licensing and permitting requirements and other information applicable to various agency and statutory requirements to the CRD Facilities Project Team.

Review Technical Specification and Drawings to ensure compliance with applicable requirements of class society, IMO, owner, clients and intended purpose of build.3.
