1. Responsible for the classification of the material in the warehouse.2. Responsible for monitoring and controlling the component warehouses stock and check the stock balance from time to time and report the discrepancies if found.3. Responsible for material requirement planning for the consumable materials and the packing materials.4. Follow up the open orders with the suppliers until receive it in the planned time and issue a receiving plan to arrange the warehouse accordingly.5. Responsible for the space management inside the warehouse.

1. Responsible for controlling components buffers stock and minimize it.2. Responsible for revising the planning of the orders or claims for the axle CKD, components as well as consumable.3. Responsible for revising the components and axle production program as well as work order.4. Responsible for fulfilling component export and axle delivery.5. Responsible to prepare the axle material list, content list and sheet, Procedures & Work instructions) summery of alterations.6. Technical support for Axle assembly line (according to training course taken in the Axle assembly in Daimler AG Germany).

1. Planning for Axle production line.2. Stock control for Axle production line and Brake Disc production line (including raw material, finish material according to Daimler AG demand, consumable and hardware).3. Responsible to prepare the brake disc production program and export shipments according to Daimler AG demand.4. Responsible for axle assembly line process sheets as well as brake discs machining drawings.5. Responsible to prepare axle production program, issuing axle work order and monitoring the actual viruses the plan.
