A Co-Founder that initially focused on developing a SaaS based Loan Accounting and Risk Analytics Platform we called Evolv. I was initially involved with the working with our product group to capture the business and technical requirements for the product solution. Leveraged my expertise in Loan Accounting and previous support of software development efforts to launch the product. Over time, I was responsible for implementing our platform at our clients and overseeing the account management function as EVP of Client Services division.

Initially worked within the Investment and Capital Markets division and owned the development of an internal proprietary Amortization Engine to properly comply with SFAS 91. During the Financial Restatement, I led several work streams build out and restate many of the securities accounting financial results. I was intimately involved with designing and building out an interim internal solution called Portfolio Subledger System (PSL) and then eventually help co-lead the efforts on a Vendor Selection project to identify a third party Securities Accounting System.

As a Co-Founder, I was responsible for building out our financial services consulting practice while also providing consulting services as well. I spent a couple years partnering with E&Y at Freddie Mac building out a proprietary Hedge Tracking System (HTS) to comply with the newly issued Accounting Standard for Accounting for Derivatives and Hedging Activities.
