My mission is to create value for our investors by leading teams that are not only skilled but also genuinely passionate about what they do. We focus on collaboration, seizing new business opportunities, and being early adopters of cutting-edge digital technologies.My background is rooted in Operational Technology (OT) and business, deeply involved in developing our Industry 4.0 services. From analytics and IT/OT integration to safety, cyber security, and MES implementation, I've been fortunate to lead successful business initiatives that push the boundaries of what's possible.I grew up near Geneva, France, and earned a Master’s Degree in Control and Automation before heading to the UK, where I later completed an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Manchester Business School. I’m also a member of the IET and a Chartered Engineer.I co-founded Peak42, guiding it from a startup to a successful acquisition by Aliter Capital in 2019. This journey allowed me to join the Executive Leadership Team at the Edwin James Group.But beyond the tech, what really matters to me is people—our culture, our values, and the way we work together.
