Responsible for providing robust electronics packaging design to manufacturing for DOD and International military customers utilizing FEA and Lean methodologies. Experience in design for manufacturing and assembly, process engineering, qualification to MIL-STD-810 requirements, tooling and fixturing for assembly, casting and injection molding, aluminum.

As a developmental opportunity I was a manufacturing engineer in the process engineering team. I was responsible for developing and leading the implementation of the mechanical assembly process and production line for multiple products for international defense and PSPC customers.

Researching the design for a dual pressure loaded tube hydro forming die using solid modeling and finite element methods- Conduct bi-weekly presentations to provide information on the progress of the project
